Christina (born 2001) is a young woman from Toggenburg, Switzerland. She was born with greatly expanded consciousness and thus belongs to a new generation of young evolutionary thinkers who recognise, describe and live human existence as a complexity of quantum physics, neuropsychology and spirituality. She has always shown remarkable insight into today's world events and one cannot help but be astonished by her high ethics, her wisdom and inner peace that hint at a new dimension of being human.

Who is Christina?

This book tells the true story of a girl of our time, who was born with a greatly expanded consciousness. She is blessed with multidimensional perception and other paranormal gifts and handles them in a completely natural way. In fact, these abilities are only side effects of her true being. She is a girl of our time who, from deep within, is prepared and willing to put her existence at the service of a global change towards a positive and constructive future.

Christina is by no means alone in this. For some years now more and more children have been born with high vibration frequencies and mental gifts, who emit light in the truest sense of the word with their presence and their words alone. This new generation of human beings exemplifies to us in a completely natural way what authenticity, joy of life, personal responsibility, devotion, love, wisdom and peace mean – without fear and without excessive demands.

At first glance, Christina seems to be a perfectly normal girl, even inconspicuous. Her extraordinary energy level only becomes visible when you look closer. She has always been familiar with higher cosmic laws, and knows how to give us insight into other spheres and planes of existence in a comprehensible, humorous and buoyant way, enabling us to form a better understanding of the current processes on our planet as well as in our own life. She sees even the most difficult scientific and world-political subjects from a multidimensional perspective, surprising those present repeatedly with original analyses and parables.

Many people today are already aware that we live in outdated three-dimensional systems that are unable to cope with the increasingly complex challenges of the present and the future. As never before, human beings long for deceleration and harmony, for new ways of thinking, for new forms of human interaction and structures of life, but many of them still lack the conviction that such a global change is at all possible. Through her own example, Christina is able to give these people hope and confidence by embodying the fact that we are already in the midst of this process of change. The light is already there, but many of us are not yet able to recognise it. Christina says: "All human beings are light, they have just forgotten it."

Her clarity and insight are able to broaden our horizons and most agreeably eliminate some of our major question marks – all without her having studied in the conventional sense. Her example gives us an idea of the enormous potential for development that essentially every human being has. [...]

Christina succeeds in bringing us closer to this uncomplicated and natural essence of higher dimensional existence and the Divine. In a sensitive manner, she touches and moves others solely with her thoughts and words. A respectful attitude towards the whole of creation is always apparent in all her conversations and actions. She says: "Divine intelligence and sentient consciousness existed far before the formation of the earth. Consciousness is the engine, the driving force of every creation. It created matter, antimatter and countless universes. The planets in our solar system, the stars and even the empty space in between – everything is filled with life and consciousness. Three-dimensional life is universally seen as an exception, not as a rule."

By definition, higher realities cannot be reduced to fit human concepts and terms, so they can neither be proved nor disproved with just words or arguments. They can, however, be experienced to some extent with widened perception. This arises from an inner willingness and openness to exceed the limits of the previous horizons of experience and to penetrate into areas of consciousness that cannot be reached and thus cannot be measured with the three-dimensional human mind.

Those who have had a near-death experience, for example, or who have already encountered higher spheres through meditation or the like will probably have few difficulties in accepting and integrating the statements made in this book. However, doubters and sceptics are also cordially invited to study the following without bias and without prejudice and to exchange ideas with us on the subject.

Christina describes the forthcoming evolutionary change of humanity in a highly differentiated manner and suggests viewing philosophical, scientific and socio-political issues from a multidimensional perspective. In an enlightening way, she describes the revolutionary impact that the positive changes that await all those who are open and ready for them will have. She makes it clear: "I am not in this world to expose the mistakes of others or to judge them. All I want is to bring back light and peace to humanity. Then the unlight will dissolve on its own."

Elena

(from chapters 7 and 8)

In the course of our conversation, Christina tells me, among other things, that she also sees those who have died and has always been connected with the "hereafter", i.e. with other spheres and levels of densification. She tells me about this in a completely uninhibited manner and without a hint of unease, let alone fear. From her point of view, all this is completely natural and unspectacular.

Christina explains: "You know, Mum, I’ve always been able to see these levels, they’re simply part of my reality. Just as you see your three-dimensional reality with your perception, so do I see my reality, only that this, to put it simply, includes additional spheres. Why do you find that so unusual?"

She also sees Elena, her deceased twin sister, and communicates regularly with her. She explains: "Elena is the only subtle being who has accompanied me every step of the way since her death. I’m also helped by spirit guides, light healers and my guardian angel, of course, like every human being. But Elena seems to have been given a special task. I just don’t know what it is yet."

Christina’s account of Elena touches me deeply. After all, Elena was also my child, who I carry in my heart, although I was only allowed to accompany her as her mother for two highly intensive months. To my astonishment, I see that everything I wrote down in the obituary is now coming true. Those words could not have been more aptly chosen: "Elena will always be remembered as Christina’s guardian angel."

Throughout all these years, Elena has been there all the time, in subtle form, at her twin sister’s side, and this closeness and connection makes Christina visibly happy. No wonder she never showed signs of grief or fear of loss!

The old and the new consciousness

Christina explains: "At the moment, there are what could be called three different evolutionary lines living on this earth. The densest, most unconscious people still mainly act according to the old, three-dimensional way of thinking and the old conditioning. There are also more conscious people. They are constantly reducing negative patterns and actions in order to develop their intrinsic soul energy more and more. They go through life with much more happiness and contentment because they live out their soul plan, simply understand much more, and are less confronted with doubts and fears. It’s possible and desirable, naturally, for a person to develop from the first to the second line of evolution in the course of their life. A fall back in the opposite direction is also possible at any time. The third evolutionary line includes mature, spiritually highly developed souls. These souls don’t come from the earth’s parallel worlds but from higher cosmic planes, and, by nature, they have a considerably higher frequency of vibration. Therefore, their perception, their orientation of consciousness as well as their way of thinking and acting are very different from those of other people. They’re still the exception at present, however."

Christina also says, "I won’t have any grades or diplomas to show in this life." She describes school as generally boring, which is understandable in view of her consciousness. But she loves people, and since there are always worries and problems to be solved among pupils, as in every other group of people, she often and gladly helps sort them out.

She explains further: "From a certain consciousness level, the human will is interwoven with the Divine Will. The ego structure dissolves and the focus is no longer on self-interest. Under very strong divine guidance, you then work voluntarily for a more constructive world involving all beings out of a ‘we-consciousness’ oriented toward serving."

The school system of the future

(from chapter 22)

Christina reckons that most children born after 2000 naturally vibrate higher than their parents. We parents are therefore called upon to work on our own self-perception and humility, and to prepare ourselves for a future in which we will learn much more in terms of important and relevant things about the world in which we live, from our children.

Nevertheless, Christina shows a great deal of understanding with regard to our present school system and my generation. She says: "When you were young, Mum, expanded consciousness wasn’t on the cards. You went to school obediently for years, and then more or less unconsciously chose a profession. You fully aligned your life with the matrix of social expectations and the rational mind, and functioned accordingly. You didn’t really have much choice, did you. Many of today’s children, however, have expanded consciousness. They know exactly what’s good for them and what they want to learn, because they’re aware of their life’s purpose. They carry immense potential in themselves, which encompasses far more than the rational mind and which wants to unfold. I don’t function solely through my rational mind, which constitutes a maximum of 10% of my brain activity, either."

I believe that our society is just beginning to open up to these issues and to the phenomena of expanded states of consciousness and multidimensional perceptions in general. It’s only been in the last twenty years that such phenomena have been seriously investigated, scientifically, and we can look forward to the findings that will be brought to light in the coming years and decades. As far as Christina is concerned, she tells me she’d very much like to take part in a research project on the "school system of the future", because the time-change children are of great importance to her.

Here in Switzerland, as elsewhere, there are some promising approaches in this direction. The desire for individual "home schooling" is becoming ever louder, and fortunately there are already several alternative school projects that are based on a holistic view of the human being and of the world.

There would be sufficient resources available here to link schools on certain days with farms, community gardens or zoos, with forest, mountain or water projects, with workshops or even with integrated technology and industrial companies, for example. Similarly, pupils could be introduced to social interaction in concrete terms, for example by helping in senior citizens’ homes or nursing homes or by participating in non-profit community projects. Creative development through music, dance, theatre and art projects, but also sports, yoga and meditation could be offered, so that every pupil can choose freely according to their own personal needs. Various languages as well as the humanities and natural sciences could also be learned with joy on a voluntary basis. Many teachers would then take on the role of project manager or personal coach to an increasing extent. Retired teachers or other senior citizens who are motivated to do so could support school groups on a voluntary basis and share their experience and skills. And so on, and so on …

If you’re prepared to abandon the narrow corset of three-dimensional thinking and exclusively materially-motivated action and accept an expanded world view and image of the human being, then there are almost no limits to your imagination and innovative power. Not only the education system, but every sector of society – science, politics, agriculture, trade, crafts, art, etc. – could be adapted and modified accordingly. If we really do live in a multidimensional cosmos and if every human being is actually an incarnate light being who has come here to Earth to fulfil a certain life purpose, then the horizon of what is possible and meaningful expands considerably.

If we succeed in treating these new generations of children and young people with respect and care and don’t hinder their self-development, then we as parents have already made a valuable contribution in the service of the greater whole. Moreover, if we succeed in opening our own consciousness to the light, allowing our frequency to increase and our horizon to expand, then we contribute even more. Then we can look forward to immensely joyful and peaceful times.

Love

(from chapter 25)

Christina says: "I love everything exactly the same, every creature, everything that there is. This includes not only human beings but also the Earth, animals, plants and stones. And I don’t love them all just when I’m looking at them or touching them. I actually love them all the time."

She laughs at this statement because she knows it sounds pretty strange to me. But her life has always been a manifestation of this loving attitude: she really does love stones just as much as people or animals or planet Earth herself. As I have already observed several times, Christina also has the different means of communication required to converse with the different kinds of living beings. From her point of view everything is ensouled and animated, and in mutual communication.

On what we generally call "love", Christina also says: "In my opinion, there is only one love. Love is love, and it is boundless, unconditional, without end and without distinction. Love is that which is infinitely available in the universe, a primal substance that is the basis of everything that is. What seems strangely unnatural to me is the fact that people supposedly love certain people, but then at the same time they disregard or even hate other people. That’s impossible! Where true love is, there is nothing but love. How can you love and hate at the same time?"

Light and unlight

Something I learned about early on from Christina is her handling of the "good" and the "evil", that is, the duality of light and unlight. Christina emphasises at all times that every human being carries the light of the Divine within them, no matter how destructive they may be right now. From her perspective and without exception, all human beings are divine creatures who are currently undergoing certain experiences on our planet Earth. Some have simply forgotten that they are light, while others are aware of it and are working to unfold that light more and more.

Christina’s acknowledgement of both the light and the unlight is really very extraordinary for a young person of her age. I realise that this is something she has always lived by, never looking down on or condemning anyone.

She says: "If you look at something as a whole, from far above, it’s impossible to exclude individual living beings and not to love them, because everything is creation. It’s like a mother watching her children quarrelling in the sandpit: although some are quarrelsome, the mother still loves all her children equally."

The powerlessness of the powerful and the higher principle of love

Fortunately, the worst time for our planet was over after 2012, Christina says to calm me down. Due to the continual increase in planetary vibration, the dark beings are losing more and more of their influence and are leaving the planet in droves. Moreover, due to the decreasing physical density on the Earth, it is no longer possible for new dark beings to incarnate here as humans, since their low vibrating energy can no longer exist here. In other words: the higher the collective divine energy of consciousness on Earth, the less these low and destructive energies can find their habitat here. That’s good news!

I keep asking, "But it still seems as if there are a lot of dark beings left on the Earth, who are wreaking havoc here and deliberately spreading fear and terror. They’re not only present in the subtle levels, but also, very specifically, in the various power systems of the economy, politics, the military, religions, etc. In view of the current media coverage, you could think that evil and the destructive forces are currently building up their presence and enthralling more and more people. Or am I wrong?"

Christina confirms this. "Yes, that’s deceptive, because it’s basically just a very small but rather powerful minority. They have now come under pressure due to the progressive increase in vibration on the Earth. These dark rulers have been informed that the vibration of the Earth will be increasing, which means that they’re now faced at every turn with their existential fears. Their fear of losing their position of power, and thereby their energy source, is much greater than, for example, the fear of terror, war and chaos among the unwitting population. The dark powers have known for a long time what will happen to this planet, and in the past they have tried everything to keep the vibration low. They did this, primarily, by constantly spreading fear and terror, and fomenting it in order to counteract the collective expansion of consciousness. And, now that they feel that their time will soon be over, this autocratic minority, under massive pressure, is reacting even more violently than ever before.

Many people don’t seem to be aware of these larger contexts. Therefore, some believe that the ruling dark forces should be met with counter-violence, condemnation, sanctions and counter-attacks. But this way will only lead to losers on both sides. It would be much better not to regard them as enemies and, in this way, not to descend to their energy level, but to offer them constructive perspectives in a neutral manner, so that they can also opt for transformation."

Time and again, I am amazed at the great wisdom and love that my daughter carries within her. Although she knows quite well what dark global power games are played behind the scenes of our society, and although she herself has been harassed and attacked for years by dark beings, she harbours no resentment and no hostility.

In a later text Christina explains the higher principle of love with these words: "People, or even entire peoples, who have a deficit of love become susceptible to fear and violence. They are dependent, chaotic and selfish in life. This means that they virtually invite power-hungry, manipulative beings, because these feed on the vibrations of fear. With regard to an entire nation, this means that the collective lack of love among people leads to power-hungry dark beings taking over governments and controlling the chaos that has arisen from the absence of the self-organising power of love.

Just as you experience the life force as love, the state of not being connected with the ‘All that is’ is experienced as ego, fear and hatred. The power-hungry feed on such fears. A government without love will never be free, just and idealistic. Populations too fearful, too selfish and too chaotic to stand on their own two feet invite undemocratic governments to rule the people by force, creating a cage for all those who have lost their powers of understanding. As long as a person or a population carries more fear than love within themselves, democracy, no matter how fair and right it may seem, will always be used for the sole purpose of hypnotising the masses. Autocratic powers work behind the scenes of this world. Their media deliberately direct anger and fear at people, even though the enemies they are told about are only fictional.

When greed and addiction to power and glory dominate, the ego is worshipped and the development of the consciousness of love is prevented. Such systems will self-destruct. True change now has to come from outside the system. True change must come from the time-change people. For lying and deceitful dark governments can’t withstand the power of a truly loving human being. This power of love comes from the soul, and it is the basis of every non-violent revolution. Love is the greatest force in the universe – both in nature and in every single human being. And, achieving true freedom and equality among men, requires a population that lives in harmony with the divine laws and the divine will – in which love is the basis of everything that is."

Christina continues speaking, and I continue listening to her, deeply impressed. She says: "As soon as a person’s consciousness expands and their third eye is activated – as happens to many people today – they also perceive these subtle shadow figures in addition to the many beautiful things. Their learning process then involves how they react to the presence of these shadow figures. Will they deal constructively and lovingly with these expanded perceptions, or will they be scared and withdraw from this level again? People can be sure of this: Of course, these unlight shadow beings exist, but the good and the light-filled, toward whom they can orient themselves, is present, always and everywhere. Every soul can always choose between the unlight and the light."

Christina explains further that it depends on a person’s individual energy level how they deal with the presence of light and unlight in this dimension. And this individual energy level can be changed through free will. She advises adults to be as genuinely their own self as possible, to not let themselves be influenced by their own ego patterns or by manipulations from outside. They should also not bemoan their past or condemn themselves for things they have done or have not done in the past. If you are in harmony with yourself in this way and can free yourself from unnecessary ballast, nothing more stands in the way of expanding your consciousness.

She explains that it’s much easier for time-change children to increase their energy level, since their consciousness has not yet been sabotaged by the many destructive patterns that accumulate in the course of a biography. Their frequency is naturally higher, and multidimensional perception is therefore completely natural for many of today’s children.
